ENERGIZE.  ENGAGE.  EMPOWER.
"Creating Community, Character, and Connections in Henry County"
Leading Henry County Into Tomorrow...

Do you consider yourself a current or future young professional?

Whether you're 21 years old and just starting out in the world of adulthood, or you're 29 and heavily focused on your career, or you're 35 with a major concern with the direction of your community, the Young Professionals of Henry County is for you.

We consider a "young professional" to be someone who has specific goals, or an idea of where they want to be at some point in the future, and has the confidence and/or know-how to achieve them.

By "young," we are referring less to age, and more to a mindset.  If you believe the sky is the limit and anything you put your energy into is possible, you fit this mindset.  And by "professional," we mean that you have some skill or expertise that will help you toward some goal you have, whether it be in a given profession, or other venture.

The YP group is designed to energize, engage, and empower young professionals, ages 21-40 (with exceptions for the "young at heart"), in our community by providing opportunities for YP members to actively shape the future of Henry County Georgia.

Let's face it.  Business as usual isn't cutting it for the next generation.  One thing about YP Henry is clear: we are different

We are not a standard networking group, junior chamber of commerce, or traditional civic group.  We are an exciting, progressive organization where young professionals can meet, greet, and exchange big ideas for a brighter future.  You are guaranteed to have fun, meet new people, develop lasting friendships, and make a real difference in your community while you're at it!

Some of the activities planned include "Mix and Mingle" Happy Hour Socials, Art/Cultural Events, Philanthropic Fundraisers, Community Service/Outreach, and "Get Informed" Educational Sessions.
